"A varietal with a full body of flavor beneath the cork"

We decided to go nautical themed with our white wines after trying some circus themes. In tandem with our Pinot Gris Mermaid - we felt a Merman was the perfect countery - ying and yang to the Pinot Gris.  Given that we are in the beautiful California Central Coast - our nautical themed white wines are our own little tribute.
